US Scenic Byways program revival has been passed by House and now waits Senate companion bill action. HR 1024 is a bi-partisan bill to require the EPA to enhance E15 fuel warnings at pumps. The EPA has agreed to study long term effects of ethanol use on air quality per a Reuters report. Sierra Club filed a suit in 2018 for the study, action by March 2020 expected.
